Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML)

Criminals engage in money laundering when they invest large sums of money earned dishonestly (via activities like terrorism, corruption, drug trafficking, etc.) without disclosing their genuine origin. This occurs because the illegal origin of the money cannot be determined once they have become valuable assets.

Every country's government fights against money laundering and terrorist financial operations because it's important to stop criminal money from getting into the economy. The most straightforward entry points for the illicit operations of terrorist groups and criminal syndicates are the world's commercial and financial institutions.

The use of digital money services is especially at risk. Thus, DoshTrust is dedicated to preventing this type of crime from happening anywhere in the world.

In order to accomplish these aims, we will proceed as follows:

We verify the client's identity and personal details and keep tabs on all their financial transactions.

Our team looks into all suspicious user actions and those that were done in irregular ways.

At any point in the process, if our organization has reason to suspect criminal conduct or money laundering, it may require additional verification or even cancel the transaction.

DoshTrust is not required to notify customers of any criminal activity that may be suspected under international law.

DoshTrust cannot interact with sanctioned individuals, corporations, and governments. In all areas where DoshTrust operates, it will screen consumers against UN, EU, and OFAC sanctions lists. We screen all of our customers from time to time for sanctions to stay up to date.

Our organization updates its electronic system regularly to prevent suspicious transactions and verify client identity (if those appear). We also train our personnel to fight money laundering better.
